Heatraq Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Information

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, stock availability may occasionally vary due to sales through our trade counter, website and other sales channels. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

United Kingdom Delivery

We offer a range of delivery services throughout the United Kingdom, including:

  • Royal Mail 24
  • Royal Mail 48
  • APC Overnight
  • DPD

Available delivery options and charges are displayed during checkout.

Orders with a value of £75 or more qualify for free standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Royal Mail 24: 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail 48: 2–4 working days
  • Courier Services: Usually next working day following dispatch

International Delivery

Heatraq ships selected products to a range of international destinations.

International delivery charges and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on the destination country, product type and shipping method selected.

Typical international delivery times range from 4–13 working days within Europe and 5–19 working days for other international destinations, although actual delivery times may vary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with any local regulations or requirements applicable in their country.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by Heatraq and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where possible, we will assist customers in tracking delayed shipments and resolving delivery issues with the carrier.
